Genevieve Gomez (b. 1991) lives and works in Miami, FL. She creates abstract sculptures using brass, a material she first encountered while studying jewelry design at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). As her practice evolved, she continued to use metal as her primary medium.

Her work is deeply rooted in both personal journey and psychological exploration. Through her practice, she seeks to understand the complexity of the human condition, examining the paths we take, the opportunities we lose, and the consequences that shape our identities. Each piece represents the hope that acceptance comes not from wholeness, but from embracing what is incomplete, what is lost, and what is transformed through the process of self-understanding.
